What Really Matters in a Controls Project?

Are you like many of the potential new clients we hear from, or do you do things a little differently?

First Questions You Typically Ask

When we are first contacted by a potential new client, the things they often ask about are the technical details and credentials:

  • What PLCs do you use?
  • Have you done any projects like this in the past?
  • What types of conveyors have you worked with?

But Then You Give Your Post-Project Feedback

The comments almost always relate to how smoothly the project went.  In their comments, new Pendant clients often sound surprised, relieved, or very grateful that the project went so well. It’s not that they don’t care about how the technical details were executed (we get very high marks for that), but what really mattered most of all was the process and how well the two teams worked together. We get tons of comments about things like:

  • Responsiveness
  • Dedication
  • Friendliness
  • Meeting Deadlines
  • Flexibility
  • Helpfulness

What Is the Feedback?
