Pendant Automation Diary – Part 5: Pendant Team Gearing Up

Winding Down? Nope, We’re Gearing Up.

The end of 2017 is approaching fast. A time of year for wrapping things up, winding down, calling it a year, dropping the curtain, except…

There’s a lot going on.  The panel shop is busy building what the designers and programmers have dreamed up. We’re in the midst of projects in several segments at once, including conveyor handling control systems, process industries control systems, aviation refueling controls, and one of Pendant’s newest segments, training yard panels for the electric utilities industry, designed and built for our friends and partners at Timpson Electrical and Aerial Services.

It doesn’t really allow time for visions of sugarplums because we have great clients counting on the Pendant team to deliver what for them will be great benefits in the new year, including:

  • Increased efficiency
  • More and better data and information
  • Improved consistency and quality
  • Higher capacity and higher yields
  • Superior training capabilities and safer operations

Now those are some sugarplums.

The sugarplums for the Pendant team will come later, in the form of an abundant holiday season, and a fast start to 2018.

Meanwhile, we do have time to extend to you and all your loved ones our heartiest best wishes for a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. To our clients and our suppliers, we look forward to working with you to make 2018 a win-win-win for all of us.

I’d like to be part of that win-win-win in 2018
